Job description
At IRIUM we are looking for a help desk analyst with the following profile:
REQUIREMENTS:
- 1 year of experience in similar positions
- Management of Service Desk tools
- Knowledge of Service Desk tools.
- Customer service
FUNCTIONS:
- Provide first-line support to users who are facing software and hardware problems.
- Provide and offer appropriate solutions to software and hardware problems reported by the user. • Be the link between customers and the technical department.
- Maintain established service levels.
- Perform the attention and follow-up of all tickets received.
