Continuous Improvement Analyst

Summary of activities: Responsible for conducting analyses, projects and initiatives of continuous improvement in productive processes and administrative procedures, ensuring compliance with quality standards and regulatory requirements. This role involves analyzing current processes, identifying areas for improvement, developing and implementing solutions, monitoring results and making adjustments as needed. The ideal candidate will have a degree in Industrial Engineering or related field, 3-5 years of experience in continuous improvement, knowledge of lean manufacturing principles, Six Sigma methodology, and proficiency in MS Office.
