Environmental Analyst

DESCRIPTION Job Summary: Provides technical support to health, safety, and environment for production and employees at the site under the guidance of the HSE or ergonomics leader. Assists in analyzing, reviewing, and sustaining management systems for health, safety, and environment. Key Responsibilities: Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) Maintains necessary skills and knowledge to perform tasks. Identifies gaps in corporate HSE initiatives and policies, procedures, and standards. Develops and implements strategies to improve HSE performance. Collaborates with stakeholders to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies. Conducts audits and inspections to verify compliance with established standards. Provides training and guidance to employees on HSE-related topics. Participates in the development of HSE-related documents and reports. Analyzes data and trends to identify areas for improvement. Develops and implements corrective actions to address non-compliances. Maintains accurate records and documentation of all activities. Assists in the investigation and resolution of incidents related to health, safety, and environment. Provides support to employees on HSE-related issues. Participates in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance HSE performance. Conducts research and analysis to identify best practices and innovative solutions for HSE-related topics. Develops and implements strategies to reduce environmental impact. Collaborates with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sustainable solutions. Assists in the development of HSE-related policies, procedures, and standards. Participates in the review and revision of existing documents and reports. Conducts internal audits to verify compliance with established standards. Provides training and guidance to employees on HSE-related topics. Maintains accurate records and documentation of all activities.
