We are looking for a Senior Marketplace Analyst with strong performance in operations, indicators, and seller performance, who will be a technical reference for the team and have an active role in supporting tactical and strategic business decisions. This person will be responsible for consolidating and analyzing data to support decision-making, identifying areas of improvement, and developing strategies to optimize marketplace performance. The ideal candidate should have experience working with marketplaces, strong analytical skills, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Responsibilities: • Consolidate and analyze data to support decision-making; • Identify areas of improvement and develop strategies to optimize marketplace performance; • Provide technical guidance and support to the team; • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business opportunities and develop solutions; • Develop and maintain relationships with key partners and suppliers; • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices. Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., business, economics); • At least 5 years of experience working with marketplaces; • Strong analytical skills and ability to work with large datasets; • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; • Ability to work independently and as part of a team; • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
