Logistics Analyst

Global consumer goods company seeks a Logistics Analyst for Importation to coordinate and track logistics operations for importation, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of merchandise to the distribution center in Mexico. The position will be responsible for tracking international shipments, customs processes, document control, performance of logistics providers, and cost optimization within the import supply chain. Main responsibilities include: Coordinating with suppliers and logistics providers to ensure timely and efficient delivery of merchandise; Tracking and monitoring international shipments to ensure compliance with regulations and company policies; Managing customs clearance processes to ensure timely and efficient entry of goods into Mexico; Maintaining accurate records and documentation of all logistics operations; Analyzing and optimizing logistics costs to improve efficiency and reduce expenses; Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements; Providing exceptional customer service by responding promptly to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner. The ideal candidate will have: Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management or related field; At least 3 years of experience in logistics operations, preferably in importation; Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines.
