Mid-Level Bidding Analyst

We are looking for a Mid-Level Bidding Analyst to manage bidding processes from start to finish, from identifying opportunities and analyzing tender documents to participating in electronic auctions and monitoring processes until their approval.

This professional will be responsible for ensuring compliance with current legislation, supporting business areas, and contributing to ZEISS's growth in the Brazilian public market.

In this position, you will be responsible for:

Monitoring opportunities on public procurement portals and identifying bids aligned with ZEISS's portfolio.

Analyzing tender documents, technical and commercial requirements, ensuring adherence to legal and operational demands.

Preparing and monitoring commercial proposals, documentation, and bidding processes from start to approval.

Participating in electronic auctions and conducting activities related to the different stages of the tender.

Working in an integrated manner with the Commercial, Financial, Legal, Logistics, Service, and product specialist areas, ensuring alignment and excellence in process execution.

What we are looking for:

Completed Bachelor's degree in Administration, Law, Economics, Public Management, or related fields.

Previous experience in public bidding and electronic auctions.

Knowledge of Law nº 14.133/2021 and other applicable regulations.

Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite, with a focus on Excel and Word.

Analytical skills, organization, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple processes simultaneously.

Experience with public procurement platforms such as Compras.gov.br, Licitações-e, Portal de Compras Públicas, and BBMNET.

Will be considered a plus:

Experience in the medical-equipment or healthcare technology segment.

Experience in medium or large companies with national operations.

Experience in environments with a high volume of simultaneous bidding processes.
