Grupo Patrimar is a renowned Brazilian construction and development company, founded in 1963 and headquartered in Belo Horizonte, specializing in high-end residential and commercial real estate developments in MG, RJ, and SP.


About the Role


We are looking for a professional with solid experience in economic and mid-range projects, with a focus on managing development approval and licensing processes.



Responsibilities


  • Conduct negotiations, contracting, and evaluation of third parties involved in technical studies and complementary projects.
  • Monitor licensing processes, ensuring approvals are obtained within deadlines and legal conditions are met.
  • Negotiate and monitor project-related counterparties.
  • Analyze and interpret applicable municipal, state, and federal legislation.
  • Perform technical and critical evaluation of legal architectural and complementary projects.
  • Act as an interface between product, executive project, and construction teams, ensuring alignment and information flow.

Manage and control project-related documents and contracts.


Qualifications


Education: Civil Engineering.

  • Negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
  • Knowledge of urban and environmental licensing processes.
  • Interpretation and application of municipal, state, and federal legislation.
  • Reading and critical analysis of architectural and complementary projects.
  • Organization and control of documents and deadlines.
  • Clear communication and interface skills between multidisciplinary areas.
  • Analytical thinking and critical vision for decision-making.
  • Proactivity and management of multiple simultaneous demands.
  • Knowledge of project management tools (a plus).
