About the Area and the Opportunity

PicPay's Investment area acts at the interface between strategy and distribution, bringing the best investment opportunities to the platform's clients. The investment commercial team is responsible for translating theses and analyses into action — supporting relationship managers, producing content, and ensuring that clients have access to products suitable to their profile.

We are looking for an Investment Analyst Commercial Mid-Level to act as a bridge between the strategy area and the distribution channels. The position combines technical market knowledge with commercial and communication skills, in a fast-paced, large-scale fintech environment.

This is an in-person vacancy.

Responsibilities

• Support relationship managers and advisors in recommending investment products to clients, ensuring suitability to their profile.
• Produce and disseminate commercial support materials: product sheets, comparisons, sales arguments, and simplified market analyses.
• Monitor the daily market (fixed income, variable income, funds, and macro scenario) and translate relevant movements into actionable insights for the commercial team.
• Conduct training and capacitation on investment products and strategies for the commercial force.
• Act in fundraising and retention campaigns, supporting the structuring of offers and communication of opportunities.
• Monitor commercial indicators of the investment shelf (volume, net fundraising, product mix) and propose actions.
• Interface with the Investment Strategy area to receive allocation guidelines and field feedback.
• Contribute to the evolution of the area's tools and processes, including the use of AI to scale commercial communication.
  
  

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in investments, with commercial or advisory roles (brokerage firm, platform, bank, autonomous agent office, or DTVM).
• Technical knowledge in fixed income products, investment funds, variable income, and real estate investment funds.
• Ability to translate technical analyses into clear and persuasive commercial language.
• Intermediate to advanced Excel skills and fluency in using artificial intelligence applied to productivity and content.
• Communicative, organized, and results-oriented profile.
• Ability to work with multiple simultaneous demands in a fast-paced environment.
