Regional Business Intelligence Analyst Full

Objective:
Responsible for monitoring the performance of hotels in the Premium & Resorts / SUPIL (KPIs of results, trends, sales, market share etc), generating analyses and actionable insights to support the commercial teams' actions (Revenue Management, Sales, E-commerce, Distribution, and Marketing). Business-driven profile with a commercial mindset.

Main Activities:

• Preparation of reports and dashboards, following up on key performance indicators for the plaza: topline, forecast, market share evolution, channel mix, segmentation, performance of major corporate accounts, among others.
• Preparation of analyses and creation of actionable insights for regional teams, with support in data analysis for areas of Revenue Management, Sales, Distribution, E-commerce, and Marketing.
• FOLLOWING UP ON MARKET TRENDS IMPACTING THE EVOLUTION OF PERFORMANCE IN THE TRAVEL AND HOTEL INDUSTRY IN THE PERIMETER HOTELS.
• Presentation of results and prospects for the plaza in performance meetings (for commercial teams and operations), extracting value from analyzed numbers.
• Identification of potential business opportunities to maximize the results of hotels in the perimeter served.
