POS and Delivery Platforms Integration Analyst

Main responsibilities 1. Opening new branches Register new branches on platforms such as Rappi and Uber Eats, ensuring correct and complete information. Carry out the quotation and implementation of the Wansoft system for each new branch. Ensure the correct integration between platforms and Wansoft. Design an initial ADS strategy, promotions, and positioning for new branches. 2. General operation and support Provide constant support to branches to ensure the correct functioning of systems and processes. Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement. Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and improve customer satisfaction. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures. Coordinate with other departments to resolve issues and optimize operations. 3. Integration and optimization Optimize integration between Wansoft, platforms, and other systems. Analyze and resolve technical issues related to integrations. Design and implement solutions to improve the efficiency of processes and reduce errors. Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement. Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and improve customer satisfaction. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures. Coordinate with other departments to resolve issues and optimize operations. 4. Reporting and analysis Generate reports on sales, revenue, and customer satisfaction.
