Senior Infrastructure Analyst Description: • Experience with creation and maintenance of IT infrastructure environments at Datacenter level; • Familiarity with virtualization technologies such as VMware or Hyper-V; • Knowledge of network protocols and architectures, including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and HTTP; • Understanding of storage systems and data backup procedures; • Ability to design and implement secure and scalable infrastructure solutions; • Experience with monitoring and troubleshooting tools such as Nagios or SolarWinds; • Familiarity with cloud computing platforms such as AWS or Azure; • Knowledge of IT service management frameworks such as ITIL; • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; • Ability to work in a team environment and provide guidance and support to junior analysts; • Experience working with diverse stakeholders, including technical teams, business leaders, and end-users.
