About the Job Responsible for ensuring the availability, security, and performance of the company's IT infrastructure, ensuring the functioning of all systems, networks, and applications, as well as monitoring and troubleshooting any issues that may arise. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing and maintaining IT infrastructure, including servers, storage, and network devices, as well as knowledge of virtualization technologies, cloud computing, and disaster recovery plans. Additionally, the ability to work with various operating systems, such as Windows, Linux, and macOS, is essential. The selected candidate will be responsible for: • Monitoring and troubleshooting IT infrastructure issues; • Performing routine maintenance tasks on servers, storage, and network devices; • Implementing and maintaining security measures to prevent unauthorized access to company data; • Collaborating with the IT team to develop and implement new technologies and solutions; • Providing technical support to employees and other stakeholders; • Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in IT infrastructure management. The ideal candidate will have a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field, as well as 3-5 years of experience in IT infrastructure management. Knowledge of Portuguese is required.
