Junior IT Infrastructure Analyst

Job description

Availability to work in a hybrid model from 14:40 to 23:30

✨ What you will do

• Monitor the data orchestration environment (Apache Airflow), ensuring that pipelines are operating correctly.

• Collaborate on sustaining a critical mission environment, focusing on availability and reliability.

• Support in treating low to medium complexity incidents, with collaborative action in critical incidents.

• Follow up on DAGs and automated task execution, using observability tools and log analysis.

• Participate in the operational routine of the Operations Center (EGOC-BR), focusing on resilience and data continuity.

• Collaborate in a war room for critical incident resolution in the IT environment, perform escalation and communication of the incident status to IT and business areas;

• Focus on crisis resolution, collecting opportunities for process improvement and creating a timeline of actions during the incident lifecycle;

• Attend meetings and execute changes in the IT environment;

• Management and prioritization of backlog incidents, requests, and problems.


What we expect from you

• Basic knowledge of Linux, infrastructure, and network concepts.

• Familiarity with servers (on-premise or cloud) and distributed environment functioning.

• Familiarity with data pipelines and monitoring (e.g., Grafana, Zabbix, Prometheus, Datadog).

• Ability to interpret alerts and logs to support fault resolution.

• Good communication, collaborative profile, and sense of responsibility in operational environments.

• Knowledge of technical ticketing tools (ITSM) such as ServiceNow.

• Willingness to learn about Apache Airflow, observability, and data architecture.

Differentiators (not mandatory)

• Experience with public cloud (AWS, GCP or Azure).

• Contact with Apache Airflow, dbt, Spark, or data tools.

• Knowledge of automation languages (will be a differentiator) – Ex.: Puppet, CF-Engine, Ansible, PowerAutomate .

• Familiarity with automation tools (CI/CD, Terraform, Ansible).

• Technical English for reading documentation.
