In your day-to-day

• Creation and development of interactive panels, indicators, and dashboards using Power BI and Excel;
• Development of reports that provide strategic insights for decision-making;
• Gather data from providers, policyholders, and clients;
• Participate in Health Insurance studies with the rest of the team and contribute ideas;
• Generate routine and on-demand indicators;
• Develop routine and on-demand management reports;
• Validate ensure the correctness of the data;
• Validate data, generate reports and information on Health Insurance for internal and external clients of the Health Intelligence area and provide indicators to direct and senior management for decision-making;
• Perform the validation and integration of information and the closing of management statements so that they reflect the reality of the information impartially, preparing reports showing the events that occurred that impacted the result;
• Act as a technical reference and internal consultant for the team, providing specialized guidance and support in resolving complex demands and challenges.

Additional Information

• Contract type: CLT (Consolidation of Labor Laws);
• Work model: Hybrid (03 days in-person, 02 work from home);
• Work schedule: Monday to Friday, flexible business hours adjusted with the manager;
• Work location: Jardins, near Consolação metro station - Av. Paulista;
• All our selection processes are completely online in the initial stages.
