Plenary Import Analyst

Main Responsibilities:

• Perform follow-up with international suppliers, ensuring that goods are acquired efficiently, within customs regulations and commercial policies, preventing delivery delays, supply chain impacts, legal and financial risks;
• Manage and coordinate the logistics flow with the logistics operator, ensuring that import operations are carried out within the established deadlines;
• Coordination of tax benefits (Drawback and Ex-tariff) with a third-party company.
• Governance meetings with internal clients (planning) and logistics operator
• Doubts and technical support in projects that require imports
• Pricing of imported materials (internalization fee)
• Coordination of payments for import process expenses

What are the Requirements?

• Completed or in-progress higher education in Administration, Engineering, Accounting, Economics, Foreign Trade, or related areas.

• Specific Knowledge / Skills:
• Foreign trade, international logistics, foreign exchange, notion of costs and pricing, analytical skills, effective communication, resilience, ability to work under pressure, creativity, attention to detail, organization, conflict resolution, results orientation, and focus on efficiency.
• English: Intermediate - Advanced
• Desirable: Knowledge of SAP and Foreign Trade Software (OSGT - Importsys)
