Job description
Responsibilities and duties:
• Project management for the implementation of corporate clients, conducting all stages from kickoff to production launch.
• Leadership of meetings for project conduction, preparation of minutes, agendas, and timelines.
• Interaction with internal and external clients for mapping project needs, defining responsibilities, and monitoring deadlines.
• Organization and monitoring of the timeline to ensure processes are carried out according to established standards and client policies, within defined deadlines, and guaranteeing delivery quality.
• Post-implementation follow-up with focal points, ensuring the delivered project adheres to the defined scope and coordinating any necessary adjustments.
Requirements and qualifications:
• Previous experience in project management and customer service.
• Advanced or fluent English for meetings with international clients.
• Knowledge of the corporate travel market.
• Experience with the implementation of global or multinational accounts.
• Knowledge of OBT (Online Booking Tool) systems.
