Responsibilities:

● Assistance in the implementation of new stores

● Construction site monitoring

● Organization and control of technical documentation, contracts, permits, licenses, and construction reports.

● Conducting technical visits and monitoring construction progress, identifying risks and opportunities for improvement.

● Coordination of pre-opening and opening processes, ensuring the store is ready for operation.

● Support for the implementation of operating systems, payment methods, and corporate tools.

● Conducting periodic meetings with franchisees for alignment, tracking pending issues, and defining action plans.

Requirements:

● High School diploma completed or Technical Course or University Degree in Administration or other related areas.

● Proficiency in the Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook);

● Full availability for travel and in-person project monitoring in different locations.
