Requirements

• 2 years of experience in implementation/support for SaaS e-commerce products and/or ERP platforms
• Facility for learning and acquiring new digital skills
• Precision and attention to details
• Desire to constantly expand knowledge
• Highly developed communication skills (within and outside the organization)
• Excellent work organization in a remote model
• Intermediate English to communicate with global teams

Responsibilities

• Understand and map business needs with the client
• Lead implementation meetings with clients, guiding them on basic configurations of the tool
• Attend, orient, and provide support to clients during implementation
• Write functional flows and technical documentation if necessary
• Learn about all modules of the BaseLinker tool to become an expert in guiding clients on usage
