Senior Corporate Governance Analyst

Mission of the position: Be the main support to the Technical Coordinator, assuming operational control of the governance routine of TOTVS S.A. The central focus is an impeccable behind-the-scenes execution, with preparation of the agenda, tracking of pending items, preparation of minutes and maturity to handle important deadlines without constant validation. WHAT YOU WILL DO: Secretariat Management: Conduct the complete cycle of Board of Administration and Committee meetings (except for participation in the meeting room): elaborate agendas, track pending items, prepare minutes and maintain a high level of organization and control; Coordinate with other departments: collaborate with other departments to ensure the smooth operation of the governance routine; Analyze and interpret analyze and interpret data related to corporate governance, identifying trends and areas for improvement; Develop reports: develop reports on corporate governance performance, highlighting best practices and areas for improvement; Provide support: provide support to the Technical Coordinator in the preparation of documents, presentations and other materials necessary for the smooth operation of the governance routine. O QUE VOCÊ DEVE TER: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field; At least 5 years of experience in corporate governance or a related area; Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; Ability to work independently and as part of a team; Familiarity with corporate governance regulations and best practices.
