Full Corporate Governance Analyst

Mission of the position: Act as the 'Qualitative Link' in the management of the corporate governance secretariat, being responsible for the intellectual and technical preparation of agendas and minutes with high quality rigor. The mission is to ensure the integrity of information that circulates through administrative bodies, combining efficient management of pending matters with critical analytical capacity and synthesis power to translate complex themes into clear executive language. Have a generalist profile that ensures that automation does not prevail over human judgment and decision-making. Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders, including senior executives, directors, and other key players in the organization. Provide strategic advice and support to ensure effective governance practices, taking into account the organization's goals, values, and risk tolerance. Identify and mitigate potential risks and conflicts of interest, ensuring compliance with laws, regulations, and internal policies. Collaborate with other departments and teams to develop and implement governance frameworks, policies, and procedures that align with the organization's overall strategy. Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the organization's business operations, including financial reporting, risk management, and compliance requirements. Provide training and guidance to employees on governance best practices, ensuring that they are equipped to make informed decisions and take responsible actions. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulatory changes, and emerging issues in corporate governance, applying this knowledge to improve the organization's governance practices.
