Work model: in-person position based in Curitiba/PR.
Main activities of the position:
- Management and Supervision of Cartography, Topography, and Imaging Contracts for Concession Areas;
- Spatial analysis and development of cartographic projects for property acquisition for energy generation and transmission ventures;
- Internally coordinate land release contracts for new ventures;
- Attend technical assistance demands in judicial processes for possession orders, reintegration of possession, and adverse possession;
- Participation in judicial expert reports for possession orders and reintegration of possession;
- Production of topographic maps, maps for environmental conditions, and land analyses;
- Update of the real estate database;
- Processing and analysis of GNSS data;
- Develop flight plan and piloting of RPA - Remotely Piloted Aircraft;
- Develop thematic, bathymetric, and planialtimetric maps;
- Develop Orthomosaicking, DTM, DSM, and Image Processing;
- Develop technical specifications and supervise cartographic products, geodetic and topographic surveys;
- First-order topographic surveys and leveling;
- Develop cartographic projects in a geoprocessing system for the production of relevant maps and reports;
- Georeferencing of urban and rural properties in accordance with current regulations;
- Certification of rural properties in SIGEF;
- Declaration of CAR – Rural Environmental Registry.
Requirements for the position:
- Graduation in Surveying Engineering, Cartographic Engineering, or Cartographic and Surveying Engineering, with experience in activities such as:
• Georeferencing of Rural Properties (must have INCRA code);
• Knowledge of geoprocessing systems – ArcGis, Autocad Map;
• Development of cartographic projects;
• Development of cartographic products (orthophotos, images obtained by orbital sensors, aerophotogrammetric restitution, vectorization, and georeferencing);
• Planialtimetric surveys, leveling, and property demarcation;
• Carrying out land surveys and land regularization (preferred for the electricity sector);
• CAR declaration – Rural Environmental Registry;
• Conducting expert reports and asset appraisals.
- Registration with a professional council - CREA;
- Driver's license category B.
Differentiators for the position:
- Post-graduation in geoprocessing, real estate law, or real estate expert reports;
- Knowledge of real estate law;
- Project management (MS Project).
