Job description

Responsibilities and attributions: Responsible for operational, financial, and performance management of facilities services, ensuring operational efficiency, cost control, service quality, and support to business strategies. Will act analytically in managing contracts, indicators, continuous improvement projects, and P&L control of the lines of services under their responsibility. What will be your challenge? Manage and follow up on services: Cleaning and conservation, Security and surveillance, Maintenance and repair, Energy management, Waste management, and other related services.
