Job Description:

**Job Overview**

Responsible for providing financial support and performance analysis to the global/regional operations and plant management teams. The role requires an exceptional business partner to drive organizational success through the development and execution of financial strategies. Key responsibilities include managing a team of operational financial analysts/plant controllers, consolidation and analysis of actual results/forecasts/budgets, conducting monthly plant reviews, product/conversion/material productivity analysis, driving freight/inventory reductions, and supporting capital investments. The position also requires coordination with the regional/global BU supply chain team.

**WHAT YOU WILL DO**

+ Support the financial planning process (annual budget, quarterly revisions, and monthly monitoring);

+ Assist in preparing financial reports, performance analyses, presentations of results and projections, contributing data and analysis to support decision-making;

+ Support the monthly closing;

+ Monitor and update financial and operational KPIs, supporting the identification of variations and trends;

+ Support the control and monitoring of cost centers, ensuring accuracy of information;

+ Support compliance with financial policies and internal procedures, following established guidelines;

+ Collaborate on continuous process improvement initiatives for forecasting and reporting, participating in standardization and efficiency efforts;

+ Act as an interface with areas such as Operations and Logistics, collecting information and supporting financial analyses;

+ Responsible for monitoring and analyzing Labor Efficiency, Hourly Rate, SCCOP - Standard Conversion Cost of Production, Costs of Conversion, Productivity, and other variations;

+ Monitor weekly freight costs, report on variations, and project future costs for Plant and Non-Plant;

+ Analyze monthly burden expenses over importation versus recovery at the selling price.

**REQUIREMENTS**

+ Bachelor's degree in Administration, Economics, Accounting or related fields;

+ Knowledge of accounting and finance;

+ Knowledge of budget management, forecasting, and financial modeling;

+ Mastery of Excel and MS Office;

+ Advanced English for conversation;

+ Experience with SAP, Hyperion, Power BI is a plus;

+ Availability to work in a hybrid regime in Bragança Paulista - SP.
