FP&A Analyst

A Global Talent, recruitment, career management and organizational development consultancy, specialized in the real estate and infrastructure markets, is advising CER Energia on the search for a FP&A Analyst, with experience in financial modeling, budget planning and result control to work at the headquarters in Curitiba.

Main activities:

• Prepare, follow up and review annual budgets (budget) and short-term and long-term forecasts;
• Build and maintain robust financial models (DRE / P&L, cash flow, balance sheet, scenarios);
• Monitor actual results vs. budgeted / forecast, identify deviations and their causes;
• Produce monthly management reports, dashboards, presentations for the board / leadership with interpretations and insights;
• FOLLOW UP ON FINANCIAL AND OPERATIONAL KPIs, present variations, trends and risks;
• Auxiliary in monthly financial closing routines, ensuring adherence to accounting standards and reporting;
• SUPPORT IN VIABILITY STUDIES, INVESTMENT PROJECTS (payback, TIR, ROI), BUSINESS CASES;
• Differential Automate reports or financial processes, use BI or data visualization tools.

Requirements

• Prior experience in FP&A, control or financial planning / result analysis;
• Prior experience with budgets, forecasts, monthly closing and variance analysis;
• Degree: Complete higher education in Administration, Economics, Accounting Sciences or related areas;
• Differential Postgraduate degree / MBA in Finance or related fields;
• Advanced Excel (financial modeling, complex formulas, dashboards);
• PowerPoint / presentation tools;
• Differential Experience with SAP (e.g. SAP B1 or similar);
• Differential Knowledge of BI tools (Power BI, Qlik, etc.), SQL or related automations.
