Job description
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Complete payroll processing for Argentina for clients;
- Processing of advances, bi-weekly and monthly payments, vacation, among other labor rights and taxes and terminations
- Sending and validation of events (Establishments, Rubrics, etc);
- Sending and Monitoring of non-periodic events (leaves of absence, terminations, admissions, etc);
- Sending and Monitoring of periodic events (remuneration and closings);
- Organization of daily tasks
- Execution of the monthly calendar and process checklist
REQUIREMENTS:
- Knowledge of payroll calculation
- Completed Higher Education
- Intermediate/advanced Excel skills are necessary
- Knowledge of Spanish is desirable
- Experience with the SAP tool is desirable
- Organizational skills, teamwork, negotiation, empathy, and proactivity
