Job description
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Complete payroll processing Brazil;
- Processing of advances, bi-weekly and monthly payments, vacations, among other labor rights and taxes (e-social and DIRF) and terminations;
- Customer service and support.
- Use and handling of tools and software related to payroll.
- Analysis and resolution of problems related to payroll processing.
- Organization of daily tasks
- Execution of the monthly calendar and process checklist
REQUIREMENTS:
- Desirable knowledge in payroll processing: reconciliation, closing, termination, contributions, and taxes
- Higher Education – In progress/Completed
- Organization, teamwork, negotiation, empathy, and proactivity skills
- Intermediate Excel
