Job description
Financial Analyst
Requirements:
- Graduates of International Finance degree.
- English required at 90%
- Knowledge of ERP (Oracle, AX desirable)
- Minimum experience of 2 years.
Necessary Knowledge:
- Management of real estate financing and credits
- Analysis of liabilities, hedging, and derivatives
- Financial derivatives.
- Relationship with banks
- Corporate treasury
- Investments and macroeconomic variables
- Analysis and interpretation of financial statements
Activities:
- Support in obtaining financing for project development and in the management of capital lines, as well as the administration of currently contracted debt.
- US Administration and Treasury.
- Relationship with banks for the contracting of treasury products: wires, ACH, opening and maintenance of bank accounts, as well as commission control.
- Financial Analysis with a focus on liabilities and credit risk analysis.
- Administration and accounting record of Investment Funds.
- US Investment Analysis.
- Intercompany Loan Control
- Monthly closings and bank reconciliations.
