Senior Corporate Finance Analyst
100% in-person work model in Curitiba.
Do you have experience with investment analysis, valuation, and financial modeling and are looking to work in a strategic environment with high exposure to executive leadership?
We are looking for a Corporate Finance Analyst III to join our Corporate Finance team, working directly on investment evaluation, portfolio management, and value generation for the business.
Main responsibilities of the position
- Develop and review economic-financial models for investment evaluation;
- Prepare feasibility analyses using indicators such as NPV, IRR, Payback, ROI, and TCO;
- Engage in the management and monitoring of organic and inorganic investment portfolios;
- Support governance processes and investment committee conduction;
- Perform Post Investment Reviews, monitoring results versus projections;
- Build financial projections and scenarios to support decision-making;
- Prepare executive presentations and strategic analyses for leadership;
- Maintain constant interface with finance areas, business units, and other stakeholders.
Main requirements of the position
- Undergraduate degree in Engineering, Economics, Business Administration, Accounting Sciences, or related fields;
- Experience in Corporate Finance, Valuation, Corporate Finance, Investments, FP&A, or related areas;
- Advanced knowledge in:
- Discounted Cash Flow (DCF);
- NPV, IRR, Payback, and ROI;
- Financial modeling;
- Sensitivity analysis;
- Income Statement and Cash Flow projections;
- Economic-financial evaluation of investments;
- Knowledge of governance processes and investment monitoring;
- Analytical profile, with the ability to structure analyses and influence decisions;
- Ease of relationship building and cross-functional collaboration;
- Excellent communication and sense of urgency.
Differentiating factors for the position
- Experience in companies in the electricity, utilities, or infrastructure sector;
- Experience in investment funds, Asset Management, Equity Research, or investment banks;
- Knowledge of SAP, Power BI, Thinkcell, or similar tools;
- Advanced English;
- Certifications such as CFA, CMA, PMP, CPA, or CRC;
- Knowledge in scenario analysis and financial simulations.
