Fiduciary Billing and Collections Analyst

Are you passionate about administrative control, customer service, and portfolio recovery? We are looking for a Fiduciary Billing and Collections Analyst to join our team and contribute to the timely fulfillment of billing and collections processes.

Responsibilities:

• Generate and validate fiduciary fee billing.
• Follow up on accounts receivable and portfolio recovery.
• Apply and reconcile payments received.
• Handle customer clarifications regarding invoices and payments.
• Prepare reports on collections, billing, and aging of balances.
• Maintain updated controls and databases.

Profile:

• Degree in Economic-Administrative areas (completed or in progress).
• At least two years of experience in billing, collections, and payment application.
• Knowledge of reconciliations and portfolio control.
• Intermediate Excel skills.
• Attention to detail, organization, and results orientation.
