Billing Analyst

Job Requirements

Degree in Accounting (Essential)

1 to 3 years of experience in accounting, billing, and Accounts Receivable areas.

Experience in direct billing to B2B clients.

Knowledge in:

• General accounting.
• Electronic invoicing (CFDI).
• Accounts Receivable and payment application.
• Intermediate to advanced Excel.
• Accounting ERP (SAP desirable)

Responsibilities

• Issue and record invoices to clients in accordance with contracts, purchase orders, and commercial agreements.
• Generate and control CFDI of income, credit notes, and re-invoicing.
• Manage and follow up on the Accounts Receivable portfolio.
• Reconcile billing vs. collections and support payment application.
• Follow up on overdue payments and coordinate collection actions with clients.
• Handle billing and collection clarifications with internal and external clients.
• Keep accounting and fiscal client information updated.
• Perform accounting reconciliations related to income and accounts receivable.
• Support monthly and annual accounting closings.
• Prepare aging reports and portfolio analysis.
• Comply with internal controls, audits, and fiscal guidelines.
