Description Billing Analyst Location : Mexico City (on-site) Important Real Estate Company seeks Billing Supervisor, responsible for ensuring the correct and timely execution of billing, collection, and acquisition processes, guaranteeing contractual, fiscal, and operational compliance, as well as proper application of countermeasures derived from rental and service contracts related to. The position functions as a key role of control and coordination, requiring strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to work under pressure. The ideal candidate will have experience in accounting, finance, or a related field, with knowledge of financial regulations and standards. The selected candidate will be responsible for: • Developing and implementing billing processes and procedures, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements. • Analyzing and interpreting financial data to identify trends, discrepancies, and areas for improvement. • Collaborating with other departments to ensure accurate and timely processing of transactions. • Providing guidance and support to team members on billing-related matters. • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of all billing-related activities. • Identifying and resolving billing-related issues in a timely and efficient manner. • Developing and maintaining relationships with clients, vendors, and other stakeholders. The selected candidate will be required to: • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. • Minimum 3 years of experience in accounting, finance, or a related field. • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel. • Knowledge of financial regulations and standards.
