Jr Facilities Analyst

Objective Principal: Support the management of facilities operations, ensuring the adequate functioning of infrastructure, outsourced services, and administrative routines of the unit, contributing to operational efficiency, process compliance, and internal demand fulfillment. Main Responsibilities: Support the management of facilities service contracts, such as cleaning, landscaping, building maintenance, and restaurant; Follow up on the execution of services provided by suppliers; Monitor and control the inventory of materials and supplies; Assist in the preparation of reports and documents related to facilities operations; Collaborate with other departments to ensure the smooth operation of the unit; Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and service providers; Identify and report potential issues or areas for improvement in facilities operations; Provide administrative support to the facilities team; Perform other duties as assigned.
