We are looking for a professional to act as a Facilities Analyst in Itupeva/SP - 100% On-site

Main Responsibilities:

• Supervise the execution of Hard and Soft Facilities services provided by in-house teams and third parties;
• Monitor preventive and corrective building maintenance activities, cleaning, gardening, pest control, reception, property security, among other facilities services;
• Conduct periodic inspections of facilities, identifying improvement opportunities and ensuring compliance with quality standards;
• Control operational indicators (KPIs), SLAs, and action plans;
• Monitor suppliers, ensuring compliance with contracts, schedules, and technical requirements;
• Support the management of service requests, work orders, and internal client demands;
• Prepare technical and operational reports, recording incidents and monitoring action plans;
• Ensure compliance with Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) regulations;
• Support the manager in the daily administrative operations and in the interface with clients and suppliers.

Requirements:

• Completed or in-progress higher education in Administration.
• Experience in Facilities operations, with a focus on Hard and Soft Services;
• Knowledge in building maintenance, supplier management, and contract supervision;
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel;
• Desirable knowledge in maintenance management systems (CMMS) and performance indicators.
