We are looking for a new team member to join our Business Intelligence in Comex (Customer Relationship) team.
You will work throughout the customer journey, from implementation to strategic support, ensuring autonomy, operational efficiency, and the best experience with the Maino system.
To take on this challenge, we seek an analytical, organized person with excellent communication skills and a passion for technology and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities and attributions
- Ensure the continuous and efficient execution of client operations;
- Act on demand resolution and attendance follow-up;
- Support onboarding and implementation processes for clients;
- Aid in adopting the platform and strengthening client autonomy;
- Identify opportunities for improvement and process optimization;
- Contribute to operational scalability and continuous evolution of the area;
- Participate in internal projects, strategic initiatives, and OKR tracking;
- Support the use of tools, processes, and innovation-related initiatives.
- Degree in progress or completed in related fields, such as: International Relations, Foreign Trade, Accounting, Law, Logistics, Administration, and related areas;
- Ease with technology;
- Intermediate-level Excel skills;
- Prior experience in user support, Customer Success (CS), or Customer Experience (CX);
