Job description
Are you passionate about data analysis and generating strategic information for decision-making? In our Human Capital Directorate, we are looking for a Human Capital Strategy Analyst to help us transform data into valuable information for our leaders and teams.
Main responsibilities:
*Consolidate, analyze, and track key indicators for the different areas of the Human Capital Directorate.
*Develop reports, dashboards, and executive analyses using Excel and Power BI.
*Transform information and findings into high-impact presentations for management and executive levels.
*Follow up on Human Capital initiatives and strategies, monitoring progress and results.
*Design, update, and manage indicators that measure the effectiveness of the directorate's projects and strategies.
*Generate data-based recommendations to support decision-making.
Requirements:
*Completed degree in Administration, Human Resources, Industrial Engineering, Actuarial Science, Statistics, Economics, or related field.
*Minimum experience of 1 to 2 years in information analysis, indicators, or strategic planning.
*Advanced proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, formulas, data analysis).
*Experience in Power BI for creating dashboards and indicators.
*Ability to analyze information, identify trends, and present results in an executive manner.
*Excellent organizational, follow-up, and communication skills.
