Manufacturing Engineering Analyst - Process Development

We are looking for a strategic and proactive professional to lead and optimize our manufacturing and assembly processes. If you have a strong understanding of systemic processes and are looking for a dynamic environment that values precision and continuous improvement, this is your opportunity.
Position Challenge (Responsibilities):
- Define, approve, and configure the production flow, factory layout, M-BOM, BOP (Bill of Process), and routings.
- Develop and update the PFMEA based on the DFMEA.
- Review and release technical drawings in conjunction with Simultaneous Engineering.
- Plan, control, and approve budgets for Capex, tooling, and launch costs.
- Prepare technical documentation for equipment (specifications document) for suppliers and internal areas.
- Lead the process of approval, release, and delivery of production machines and devices.
- Coordinate the manufacturing and on-time delivery of prototypes/samples for internal and external customers.
- Plan and execute line tests and production runs (IPT, MPT, EMPT).
- Map risks, opportunities, and transfer lessons learned from prototypes to series production.
- Maintain the ME activity schedule aligned with the overall program schedule.
- Participate in the Engineering Change Management (ECM) committee, implementing necessary changes.
- Review customer contracts and technical requirements in the initial quotation phase.
- Technically lead the team in factory implementation and cascade/prioritize demands from the Project Manager.
- Ensure fluid and rapid communication between engineering, operations, and supplier interfaces.
What we are looking for (Requirements and Qualifications):
- Completed Bachelor's degree (Mechanical Engineering, Welding, Materials, or related fields);
- Advanced English proficiency;
- Specialization in welding or materials;
- Desired Experience: Knowledge in Exhaust Systems and OEM.
100% on-site position in Sorocaba/SP.
