Your day-to-day

• Verification and correction of raw data;
• Preparation of study protocols and draft and final study reports;
• Correction of reports according to quality inspector comments;
• Correction of reports according to client comments;
• Preparation of deviations to study protocols;
• Response to correction letters issued by clients;
• Sending raw analysis data, reports, and protocols to clients;
• Preparation of logbooks for document archiving, entry of documents into the filing system;
• Sending documents by mail (physical copy);
• Scanning documents for network availability (electronic copy);
• Perform other activities as needed and requested by your immediate supervisor.
• Understand and follow GLP principles, Study Plans, and SOPs applicable to your involvement in the study.
• Comply with instructions given in the Study Plan and SOPs. Any deviations from these instructions must be communicated directly to the Study Director and, where applicable, to the Technical Manager and Principal Investigator (where applicable).

What you need:

• Education: Mandatory Bachelor's degree – Chemistry; Biofuels; Biology and related areas
• Experience: Experience with preparing reports according to specific standards and correcting raw data;
• Desirable laboratory experience;
• Mandatory Intermediate English level;
• GLP and/or 17025 Training (according to Area of activity): desirable
