Design Analyst

Opportunity as Junior Design Analyst

We are looking for a professional who enjoys creating, exploring new references, and transforming ideas into visual solutions. We seek a creative, hands-on, organized, and proactive individual with good aesthetic sense, attention to detail, and ease in interpreting briefs, developing materials, and working collaboratively on different Design and Communication projects.

Main Responsibilities:

• Create and develop graphic materials for social media, campaigns, institutional communication, and commercial materials;
• Develop materials based on briefs, working on information organization, composition, and visual hierarchy;
• Support the planning and organization of the social media content calendar;
• Participate in the creation of ideas, topics, and formats for digital content;
• Perform basic adjustments and treatments for images and visual materials;
• Keep up with trends in design, communication, social media, and content formats;
• Support institutional and commercial marketing actions and campaigns;
• Ensure continuous updating of internal and external communication content;

Requirements:

• Degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, Advertising, or related areas.
• Proactive, creative profile with a sense of organization.
• Proficiency in the tools: Photoshop, Illustrator, or Canva.
• Good communication skills and a keen eye for visual and digital trends.

Differentiators:

• Experience with content production (texts for posts, scripts for videos or reels, email marketing).
• Basic knowledge of video editing (Premiere, CapCut, After Effects).
• Familiarity with branding and visual identity application.
