Job Description Senior .NET Developer (Focus on Modernization) In the Vehicles and Real Estate area of Daycoval Bank, you will be responsible for a strategic mission: ensuring the sustainability of critical systems while leading the technological migration to modern architectures. We are looking for someone who navigates well between the past and the future of development. Responsibilities and assignments Act in the evolutionary and corrective maintenance of legacy applications (monoliths and retail systems). Plan and develop solutions to improve system performance, scalability, and reliability. Collaborate with the team to identify and prioritize technical debt, proposing and implementing improvements. Participate in the design and implementation of new features and functionalities, ensuring alignment with business objectives. Develop and maintain documentation for software development processes and best practices. Provide technical guidance and support to junior developers and other teams. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and technologies, applying knowledge to improve existing systems and develop new ones. Contribute to the development of a culture of innovation and continuous learning within the team.
