Senior Human Resources Development Analyst

What challenge do we have for you?

We are looking for a Senior Human Resources Development Analyst to join our DHO Operations team.

What are the responsibilities?

• Act as an HR partner, connecting business needs with corporate strategies for Training, Development, Climate, and Culture;

• Map needs with leadership from agricultural, industrial, maintenance, and administrative areas, proposing aligned solutions;

• Plan, organize, and monitor training and development actions;

• Support the implementation and dissemination of corporate programs for development, culture, organizational climate, engagement, and performance management;

• Conduct climate diagnoses and support leadership in building, monitoring, and executing unit action plans;

• Support performance, career, and succession management processes, identifying development gaps and proposing actions for employees and leaders;

• Facilitate training, workshops, conversation circles, and development actions for diverse audiences;

• Act as a business partner, contributing to the continuous improvement of development, climate, and employee experience processes.

What are the requirements?

• Complete Higher Education in Psychology, Administration, Human Resources, or related areas;

• Solid experience in Training and Development, Organizational Climate, Culture, Performance Management, and/or Leadership Development;

• Experience in an industrial, agricultural, or decentralized unit environment will be considered a differential;

• Experience in conducting training, facilitating groups, developing materials, and monitoring action plans;

• Knowledge of HR indicators, corporate education, and development program management;

• Advanced Office Suite proficiency;
