Packaging Development Analyst PL

Main Responsibilities Carry out projects to homologate raw materials, performing laboratory tests and preparing technical reports that prove compliance with established standards; Support and execute the development of new packaging solutions, evaluating alternative materials and technologies to meet cost-benefit and sustainability needs; Conduct studies on compatibility between new raw materials and existing technologies, using ferrous and non-ferrous metals, as well as other materials; Develop and implement procedures for testing and validating packaging solutions, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards; Collaborate with the development team to design and develop new packaging solutions that meet customer needs and expectations; Provide technical support to production teams, ensuring that packaging solutions are properly implemented and maintained; Participate in continuous improvement initiatives, identifying opportunities to optimize processes and reduce waste; Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors, ensuring timely delivery of materials and services; Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and environmental standards; Perform other tasks as required.
