Job description

ALTEN Mexico is looking for an Organizational Development and Training Analyst to join our team. As part of a leading engineering and technology company, you will be responsible for coordinating, developing, and monitoring training and talent development initiatives, ensuring that employees have the necessary tools and knowledge to perform their duties and contribute to the organization's objectives.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Pedagogy, Administration, Human Resources, Education, or related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in training, organizational development, Human Resources, or related areas.
  • Experience in coordinating and monitoring training programs.
  • Experience in designing and/or updating training materials and presentations.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook.
  • Advanced English, indispensable, both oral and written.
  • Experience in delivering courses, workshops, or training sessions.
  • Knowledge of training platforms.
  • Knowledge of training needs assessment and effectiveness evaluation processes (desirable).
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Proactive attitude, organization, service orientation, and ability to work in a team.
  • Ability to work with different departments and profiles within the organization.


Activities:

Coordinate and monitor ALTEN Mexico's annual training plan.

Identify and track the training needs of the organization's different departments.

Coordinate the logistics of courses, workshops, training sessions, and development programs.

Create, update, and adapt materials, presentations, manuals, and didactic resources for the different training initiatives.

Deliver and/or facilitate training, induction, and onboarding sessions for new employees.

Coordinate training programs in Spanish and English, including the preparation and adaptation of materials.

Maintain communication and follow-up with internal and external instructors, vendors, and participants.

Manage and keep up-to-date training records, attendance lists, evaluations, and corresponding evidence.

Monitor employee participation and compliance in assigned courses.

Manage and/or monitor training platforms.

Prepare training reports and indicators, analyzing participation, compliance, and results of the initiatives.

Administer satisfaction and learning surveys and evaluations, as well as follow up on the results obtained.

Propose improvements to training programs and processes based on results and identified needs.

Support the creation and implementation of induction and onboarding programs for new employees.

Participate in Organizational Development and Human Resources projects and initiatives.

Participate in ALTEN Mexico's internal initiatives.

Comply with safety and hygiene regulations and procedures established by the company.

Follow up on applicable policies, procedures, and work instructions established in the Quality Management System.
