Junior Organizational Development Analyst

ALTERN México is looking for a Junior Organizational Development Analyst to join our dynamic team. As part of a leading engineering and technology company, you will be responsible for improving and developing organizational capabilities through the implementation of strategies that foster an efficient and productive work environment. As an analyst, you will be responsible for evaluating the development needs of our colleagues and proposing action plans that contribute to their growth and professional development. Your tasks will include: • Analyzing and identifying areas for improvement in our processes and procedures; • Developing and implementing strategies to improve communication and collaboration among team members; • Designing and delivering training programs to enhance the skills of our colleagues; • Collaborating with other departments to identify and address organizational development needs; • Monitoring and evaluating the effectiveness of implemented solutions. Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in Organizational Development, Human Resources, or a related field; • 1-2 years of experience in organizational development, human resources, or a related field; • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; • Ability to work independently and as part of a team; • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
