Position: Personnel Department Analyst


Location: Erechim/RS - On-site Position


✨ About the Opportunity

Act strategically and operationally in Personnel Administration processes, ensuring the efficient and precise execution of payroll, benefits, vacations, terminations, charges, and legal obligations. Contribute to the compliance of labor processes, the quality of information, and meeting the needs of employees and leadership, promoting security, agility, and continuous improvement in the area's processes.


Main Responsibilities:

• Conduct payroll processing and closing, social benefits, and Fixed and Variable Remuneration, ensuring information accuracy, deadline adherence, and compliance with current legislation.

• Perform the parameterization, updating, and maintenance of payroll, timekeeping, and access control systems, proposing improvements, adjustments, and solutions that contribute to process efficiency.

• Execute and monitor vacation and employment termination processes, ensuring calculations, documentation, records, and adherence to legal and internal deadlines.

• Monitor vacation deadlines, keeping departments and leadership informed and acting preventively to avoid legal and operational impacts.

• Effect the closing and forwarding for the collection of social charges and legal obligations, ensuring compliance and adherence to established deadlines.

• Prepare and provide monthly and annual reports, files, and information related to payroll, charges, and other legal obligations for government agencies and internal departments.

• Monitor changes in labor, social security, and tax legislation, assessing impacts on the area's processes and guiding involved parties on necessary adjustments.

• Act as a reference for employees and leadership, clarifying doubts, guiding on Personnel Administration procedures, and supporting the resolution of demands related to the area.

• Represent the company in termination homologations, when applicable, with union entities and competent authorities.

• Analyze and monitor the documentation of employees from outsourced service providers, ensuring adherence to established requirements and forwarding for integration training.

• Generate analyses and indicators related to Personnel Administration processes, providing information to support decision-making and other Human Resources subsystems.

• Act in an integrated manner with other HR departments, contributing with information and support for processes that depend on Personnel Administration data and movements.

• Participate in the integration of new employees, contributing to the quality and updating of information and procedures related to the area.

• Identify opportunities for continuous improvement, automation, and optimization of Personnel Administration processes, contributing to greater efficiency, reliability, and employee experience.

• Act with versatility and collaboration, supporting different processes and demands of the area according to business needs.

• Perform work based on the norms of the Olfar Code of Ethics and Conduct.


Experience:

Professional experience in Personnel Administration activities, with experience in payroll, vacation, termination, social charges, and other related routines in the area.


Education:

Completed Higher Education in Administration, Accounting Sciences, Law, Human Resources, or related fields.

Desirable: Postgraduate degree or MBA in People Management, Strategic Remuneration, Finance, Controlling, Administration, or related areas.


Specific Knowledge:

• Knowledge and experience with the Senior ERP;

• Labor, social security, and tax legislation;

• Legal obligations and Personnel Administration routines;

• Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
