Job description
About the opening
We are looking for an HR Department Analyst with experience managing 300 to 600 employees, responsible for ensuring the correct execution of HR routines and legal obligations.
Activities
Processing payroll and charges;
Hires, dismissals, and terminations;
E-Social, FGTS, INSS, IRRF, and other ancillary obligations;
Issuing invoices;
Management of benefits and electronic timekeeping;
Guidance to managers and employees on labor matters.
Requirements
Proven experience in HR Department with large volumes of employees;
Knowledge of labor legislation, payroll, and E-Social;
Desirable experience with payroll systems (GINFOR is a plus.
Profile
Organization, attention to detail, and adherence to deadlines;
Good communication and proactivity.
