ManpowerGroup, a leading company in providing all types of human capital solutions, is seeking your talent as: ANALISTA DE DATOS Y REPORTERÍA - Temporal, Esquema Híbrido Objective: Ensure the efficiency of the LATAM Recruitment and Selection Management by having an integral knowledge of its processes, driving continuous improvements and managing the data that feeds regional information in Latin America. Main Activities: Homologate, integrate data and drive a common language for the entire organization, ensuring the accuracy and consistency of reports and dashboards. Develop and maintain databases, data warehouses, and business intelligence tools to support decision-making and strategic planning. Analyze and interpret complex data sets to identify trends, patterns, and correlations, providing insights that inform business decisions. Collaborate with stakeholders to design and implement reporting solutions that meet their needs and expectations. Provide technical assistance and training to users on the use of reporting tools and systems. Develop and maintain a culture of continuous improvement by identifying areas for process optimization and implementing changes to improve efficiency and effectiveness. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and standards related to data management and reporting. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in data analysis and reporting. Provide support to the LATAM Recruitment and Selection Management team as needed.
