DATA ANALYST - Financial Profile
Job Objective
Support the Administrative Director in the preparation, analysis, and presentation of financial and accounting information that serves as a basis for the company's decision-making.
You will work closely with the Director to develop financial analyses, detect variations, trends, and opportunities for improvement, as well as prepare the information that will be presented to the corporate office in the United States.
The analyst must be in communication with the Blue Crow Sports Group finance team, presenting information previously reviewed and authorized by the Director, following up on agreements and requirements.
Responsibilities
- Prepare monthly financial reports and executive presentations.
- Analyze Financial Statements, revenues, expenses, cash flow, and financial indicators.
- Detect variations, trends, and areas of opportunity through financial analysis.
- Support in the preparation of budgets, forecasts, and projections.
- Work together with the Administrative Director in the development of financial analyses.
- Consolidate financial information from the different areas of the company.
- Participate in bi-weekly meetings with the U.S. corporate office to present financial information.
- Follow up on requests, agreements, and requirements from the corporate office.
- Support in the monthly accounting closing and in the preparation of financial information.
- Propose improvements in reports, indicators, and analysis tools.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Administration, or a related field.
- 2 to 4 years of experience in Finance, Financial Analysis, or Accounting.
- Experience in analyzing Financial Statements.
- Advanced Excel.
- PowerPoint.
- Intermediate to advanced English (capable of participating in work meetings).

Position Objective
Support the Administrative Director by preparing, analyzing and consolidating financial and accounting information that supports business decision-making.
This position works closely with the Administrative Director to build financial analyses, identify trends, variances and business opportunities, prepare executive reports, and support strategic financial planning.
The analyst must maintain constant communication with the U.S. Corporate Finance Team (Blue Crow Sports Group), presenting financial information that has been previously reviewed and approved by the Administrative Direction, while ensuring timely follow-up on requests and action items.
Job Responsibilities
- Prepare monthly financial reports, dashboards and executive presentations.
- Analyze financial statements and identify trends, variances and business insights.
- Analyze revenues, expenses, cash flow and key financial indicators.
- Assist in the preparation of budgets, forecasts and financial projections.
- Work closely with the Administrative Director to develop financial analyses and recommendations.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities and process improvement initiatives through financial analysis.
- Consolidate financial information from different departments to ensure accurate reporting.
- Participate in bi-weekly meetings with the U.S. Corporate Finance Team (Blue Crow Sports Group), communicating financial information.
- Follow up on questions, requests and action items from Corporate.
- Support month-end close, reconciliations and financial reporting activities.
- Continuously improve financial reporting tools, dashboards and analytical processes.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration or related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in Financial Analysis, FP&A, Finance or Accounting.
- Experience analyzing Financial Statements and preparing financial reports.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Intermediate to Advanced English (comfortable participating in business meetings).
