Job: Full Data Analyst Location of work: Belo Horizonte and Region Main Activities: Design, implement, and provide support to cutting-edge analytical solutions from end-to-end, supporting decision-making in various business areas. Act on the design, development, and maintenance of BI solutions in an environment that combines data visualization, reporting, and analytics tools. Develop and maintain databases, data warehouses, and data marts, ensuring data quality and integrity. Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business needs and develop data-driven solutions to meet those needs. Provide training and support to end-users on the use of analytical tools and techniques. Stay up-to-date with new technologies and trends in the field of data analysis and visualization. Participate in the development of data governance policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with company standards. Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and other visualizations to support business decision-making. Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to stakeholders, supporting strategic planning and decision-making. Work closely with IT teams to ensure seamless integration with existing systems and tools. Participate in the development of data quality control processes and procedures, ensuring high-quality data for analysis and reporting. Develop and maintain data models, ensuring consistency and accuracy. Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify opportunities for process improvement and develop data-driven solutions to meet those needs.
