A MSX is looking for professionals to work on transforming satisfaction data (quantitative and qualitative) into actionable insights, focusing on reducing complaints, improving customer experience, and guiding action plans for concessionaires and internal areas (Commercial, Post-sales, Operations, IT), with a background in Computer Science or related fields. A MSX is looking for professionals to work on transforming satisfaction data (quantitative and qualitative) into actionable insights, focusing on reducing complaints, improving customer experience, and guiding action plans for concessionaires and internal areas (Commercial, Post-sales, Operations, IT), with a background in Computer Science or related fields. If you want to be part of an innovative and results-oriented team, this might be your opportunity. Here you will be responsible for:
- Data Analysis and Management:
- • Perform advanced analysis on post-sales data from the network of concessionaires in South America
- • Identify and analyze gaps and discrepancies in information between different country databases
- • Create verification models to identify and address the sources of discrepancies
- • Perform cross-validation between different systems (Databricks, Cognos, etc.)
- • Establish and validate guidelines for information quality
- Data Development:
- • Develop interactive dashboards and advanced visualizations for strategic insights
- • Create and optimize complex SQL queries for data extraction and analysis
- • Develop Python scripts for automating data processing workflows
- • Model schemas and data structures according to business needs
- Relationship and Support:
- • Work directly with dealers and distributors to resolve discrepancies and inconsistencies
- • Provide technical support to internal client areas
- • Communicate with stakeholders in different countries of South America (in English and Spanish)
- • Provide continuous feedback on progress, connections, and validations
- Leadership and Mentoring:
- • Mentor and guide junior analysts in technical development
- • Review team deliveries to ensure quality and adherence to standards
- • Share knowledge and best practices with the team
- Governance and Quality:
- • Ensure compliance with established SLAs
- • Document processes, methodologies, and implemented solutions
- • Participate in weekly progress meetings and quarterly strategic committees
- • Ensure conformity with LGPD and data protection policies
