Data Analyst PL

Job description

A MSX is seeking professionals to work on transforming satisfaction data (quantitative and qualitative) into actionable insights, focusing on reducing complaints, improving customer experience, and guiding action plans for concessionaires and internal areas (Commercial, Post-sales, Operations, IT), with a background in Computer Science or related fields. Analyzing satisfaction data and transforming information into strategic insights.
Identifying root causes and proposing actions to improve customer experience.
Performing clustering of systems and verbalization analysis.
Ensuring governance and methodological standardization in analysis processes.
Supporting internal areas with reports and recommendations based on data.
